CAN YOU SEE THROUGH THOSE THINGS?
YES! You most certainly can! All though its not perfectly clear you can see through them enough to wear them out and walk around without killing yourself. HOWEVER don’t attempt to wear some of these frames while driving that could be dangerous! here is a link to a video so you can see exactly how much you can see through them all though the video doesnt quite do as much justice im sure you will get the point!

How do you accept payments?

We accept paypal! You dont have to have an account to use your credit card just click add to cart and then “proceed to check out” and you will be taken to a page where you can make a payment without having an account

Do you accept any other form of payment?
Yes we most certainly do we accept moneygram express bill pay which has a fee of $3.95 no matter how much money you send. If you dont feel comfortable purchasing online this may be a better option for you. You can send an email to payments@killture.com and let us help you process your order and pass you the information to make the payment.

What is your return policy?
We go to a great length to make sure that what you see is what you get. A lot of time is put in to create each item and special detail is paid to every asspect and detail. However at this time we do not offer any returns!

I recieved a broken or damaged package, what do I do?
All packages sent out are insured for their value if a package comes to you damaged or never comes, you need to notify us ASAP so we can file a claim and refund you or send you out a new item!

Do you repair broken items?
YES!Contact us through email so we can discuss weather the item can or is worth being fixed. We do not charge for repairs. However we do expect you to split the cost of shipping. You pay to ship to us and we pay to ship it back. make sure you get tracking with your shippments!!!

How long do orders take to process?
After payment is made and processed you are sent a confirmation email. Your oder is receieved and put together. Generally after purchase your order can take 1-2 days to be shipped out and depending on your location USA 3-7 days to receive (outside of the USA 7-14 days). Please take note orders made on Friday after 10am PST  will not ship until the following Monday.

We are not responsible for any issue the united states postal office has once they take ownership of the package and we cannot take responsibility of the delivery of the package unless the delivery address on the package was incorrect or if it was not submitted to usps in a timely manner. All packages are mailed first class mail with track and confirm labels.

Do you ship everywhere?
Yes!! If you are outside of the us and have trouble making a purchase please contact info@killture.com  and we can help you process your order.

I have not a confirmation of purchase email or my tracking information, what do I do?
Confirmation and tracking emails are automated if for what ever reason you do not receive either by 2days after purchase please email us at info@killture.com  and less us know  and we will get back to you with your information asap!
